I took this class as a beginner and, though I wasnât able to do 100% of the workout, both he and our other trainer were super cool about modifying sets and weights for me. I feel like I got EVERYTHING (and then some) out of this class. Also, the vibes in the studio are immaculate. I felt uplifted and encouraged by not only the trainers, but also the other people in the class. 10/10 highly recommend!
