see all reviewsDeena’s Slow Flow class at Total Balance Yoga was exactly what I needed. Her calm, welcoming energy made it easy to relax from the moment class began. The pace was intentional and accessible, with smooth transitions, thoughtful cues, and plenty of time to connect breath with movement. I left feeling stronger, more flexible, and completely refreshed—both physically and mentally. The studio has such a warm, supportive atmosphere, and Deena creates a space where everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. If you’re looking for a class that helps you slow down, release tension, and reset for the week, I highly recommend Deena’s Slow Flow at Total Balance Yoga!

see all reviewsWell, balanced class. I do a lot of yoga and I really appreciated Francine's specific cues, they reminded me of a lot of things I tend to forget. This is a strong class, or can be, with the ability to level up or down. Loved Francine's presence, I will take this again.

see all reviewsMeg was very kind and welcoming when I came in. She told me all about her business, the fun, fitness and community she’s trying to create. I really appreciated it. She also did a fantastic job with the space. It’s so pink with beautiful murals. Attended Xumba led by Elisa Vettier who did a fantastic job. She made it lots of fun, make sure everyone was safe, having a great time and knew what to expect. She also played great music. I attended the class because I found it in Class Pass which is a great tool to try a new venue and new classes. Meg has lots of classes and I’d like to Come back and try another class. I have plantar fasciitis so it’s tough for me to do a high intensity workout without shoes. I’d probably do better with Pilates or something else on a mat.

see all reviewsSuch a fun class! I had no idea you could do so much with resistance bands. The playlist was awesome. I’ll be back and come early to check out the shop upstairs. Also, they have all the props you need for free which is nice.
