see all reviewsDeena’s Slow Flow class at Total Balance Yoga was exactly what I needed. Her calm, welcoming energy made it easy to relax from the moment class began. The pace was intentional and accessible, with smooth transitions, thoughtful cues, and plenty of time to connect breath with movement. I left feeling stronger, more flexible, and completely refreshed—both physically and mentally. The studio has such a warm, supportive atmosphere, and Deena creates a space where everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. If you’re looking for a class that helps you slow down, release tension, and reset for the week, I highly recommend Deena’s Slow Flow at Total Balance Yoga!

see all reviewsWell, balanced class. I do a lot of yoga and I really appreciated Francine's specific cues, they reminded me of a lot of things I tend to forget. This is a strong class, or can be, with the ability to level up or down. Loved Francine's presence, I will take this again.

see all reviewsI felt so much pain relief in my back and head after this class. I had a knee injury, and the instructor was more than accomodating! The only thing was that I don’t think the AC works well because it turned into hot yoga really quickly, and I was slipping and sliding on my mat (good thing I love hot yoga haha). What a cute, one-room studio in a unique building!
