see all reviewsLoved the energy of the class. The instructor was awesome and the playlist got me going. They even end the class with a cool towel, which is a nice touch. The entrance is hard to find as a new comer so make sure you read instructions and give yourself time. I also wish they offered this class on non “work hours” so I could come more often.

This studio is so perfectly located, beautiful and honestly has all the best instructors in Sonoma county…and I’ve been to nearly all of them in the area lately. I’m so thankful to have access to Grace Yoga and the community here. Hediyeh is amazing and has the time to give individual attention and corrections during this early morning class. She is also a wonderful Pilates instructor and I’ve taken several of her other classes. I felt like I got so much out of this class. I usually take strong flow or power flow vinyasa classes but it’s so important slow down sometimes to focus on breath and careful alignment. 100% worth getting up for. I’d skip reformer Pilates for this.

She participated alongside the class while continuing to coach, encourage, and challenge everyone throughout the session. What impressed me most was her fitness, energy, and ability to make the class accessible to all levels. As someone new to yoga, I appreciated that she offered modifications and progressions for each movement, allowing beginners like me to participate while still feeling challenged. It was a tough workout, but in the best way possible. I’ll definitely be back.
