All Levels Flow - SŌLIS
see all reviewsFirst time visit, ended up being the only person in class after some cancellations. Kim was approachable and explained things well for someone newer to yoga. The studio is brand new and beautiful. I was told there is a shower available but did not use it, but I can see this being handy especially after having a class in the hot room. Overall a great first experience.

see all reviewsCan’t rave enough about Rowena! Her cues are clear, she creates space to land in poses, her pacing allows for flow. I always leave with more knowledge - whether it’s a new pose, what to engage in my body to unlock more alignment or deeper holds, how to access / stretch different muscles. I also very much appreciate the tone she sets at the start and how she ends with a different yoga sutra to reflect on each class. Big fan!

see all reviewsA must try if you want to be pushed to limits you didn’t even know exist. Music, creativeness, intensity 10/10, instructor 12/10. Only complaint is my ego hurts. Seeing how the instructor is talking, demonstrating, getting 35 people in sync, while doing the whole thing with us yet still looking flawless, meanwhile I am just trying to hang on for dear life. Very tough but an INCREDIBLE full body workout that is very effective. Sitting in the bathroom currently shaking.
