see all reviewsFirst time taking her class, she really kicked my butt with leg workouts lol which I needed. The only thing that made me confused during class is when she says “hold it” or something like that when we are doing the workout makes me think that she wants us to hold still which confused me a bit but it’s fine. Ik next time I take her class when she says that is to keep going in the workout, not to hold still

see all reviewsI love O2 and all the instructors. It’s a fantastic workout and everyone in the gym is super welcoming, so I hate to complain. But it’s very distracting when some regulars spend a lot of the class chatting loudly instead of working out - especially distracting when that happens during the cool down, like it did in the last class I joined.

This class is taught more like a workshop than a traditional vinyasa flow class (Kate’s words). We use props a lot and spend lots of time diving deeply into a couple poses. see all reviewsOn the surface, the flow is standard with Sun As and Sun Bs, but the sequence is actually far more warming and opening than when other teachers sequence. I actually sweat doing Leslie’s class and really feel all the spots that are stiff in my body. Wish all teachers were like this. Music is also well chosen. Tempo is good and hard (slow). Keep up the great work, Leslie.

The bolster, blocks, weighted eye mask and other equipment was already in place when I arrived, so all I had to do was bring my yoga mat and lay down. The studio is very spacious and well lit. I enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowls and also the rose and hibiscus tea at the end.
