What really keeps me coming back to these classes is Heather’s warmth and positivity. She pays such close attention to her students’ form and comfort, which makes a world of difference. If you are looking for a studio where you can get a great workout while feeling genuinely welcomed, I highly recommend joining one of Heather's classes. I will definitely be returning—she is the main reason I’m so excited to keep coming back!

see all reviewsI had such a great experience at this spa and would definitely recommend it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the space itself was very clean. Even though I had originally booked a relaxing massage, the owner took the time to ask what I needed and kindly offered a deep tissue option, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel much more personalized. My therapist, Rosa, was lovely attentive, professional, and easy to feel comfortable with. She checked in about any areas I wanted to focus on, and throughout the session I felt taken care of. The massage itself was very relaxing I almost drifted off at one point. The oils and hot, steamed towels were such a nice touch. I’m already looking forward to going back. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, thoughtful experience.
