They have the actual Pilates reformers, certified instructors, and such a clean, intimate space that feels very personal and private. Plus, it’s not a franchise! My instructor was amazing and took every opportunity to help me with my form, making sure I was doing each movement correctly and getting the most out of the class. You can really tell how knowledgeable and intentional the instructors and owners are. I’ve been looking for something like this in the area and honestly, there’s nothing quite like it. I already know I’ll be coming back regularly, such a great find!
