Kickboxing
see all reviewsLoved the class. My first kickboxing class ever. Super intense cardio wise, would not recommend for someone who doesn’t work out at least 2-3 times a week consistently. Not the clearest instruction for beginner boxers but I didn’t follow the combinations exactly and still had a great workout. The rental gloves are a little tattered but its overall a nice clean facility.

see all reviewsGreat class and instructor. I have difficulty listening to cues especially if it’s my first time at the establishment. Greg was more than patient with me. He made sure I was able to understand the techniques before proceeding. While still being attentive of the class. Highly recommend! Beginner friendly. Everyone works at their own pace.

see all reviewsBoxing classes are great they really focus on the fundamentals and teach you how to box. Trainer Melo is awesome perfect for beginners. There’s a lot going on at once but everyone’s attentive. If you want to learn how to box or just want the Cardio this is a great place. Plus they got 2 cute huskies in the front desk area!
