see all reviewsLoved the class. My first kickboxing class ever. Super intense cardio wise, would not recommend for someone who doesn’t work out at least 2-3 times a week consistently. Not the clearest instruction for beginner boxers but I didn’t follow the combinations exactly and still had a great workout. The rental gloves are a little tattered but its overall a nice clean facility.

He made sure I was able to understand the techniques before proceeding. While still being attentive of the class. Highly recommend! Beginner friendly. Everyone works at their own pace.
