Even as a beginner there, I was able to get a deep stretch and walked out feeling like I got an incredible workout in. Arya was attentive throughout the class, and I appreciated how well he explained the poses and kept an eye on everyone to make sure we were doing okay. If certain poses are a no no, it’s alright to do a simpler modification, as long as I feel the stretch.
