vayu - breathe & restore x ashwagandha latte
see all reviewsWonderful restorative class for mid week. Love Jen’s purposeful instructions and the use of a heavy blanket from the start of class. My fav imagery from today’s class: Imagine sinking your body into wet sand. Felt my body melt at the thought.

see all reviewsThe instructor was really attentive and encouraging. Just wished that maybe she didn’t choose to set up for her class during shavasana. It was a little distracting and noisy to hear her pen clicking and moving props to set up for her next class.

see all reviewsSuper deep, stretchy flow that felt very grounding and intentional, with a really nice balance between challenge and ease. Great cues around breathing and enjoying the poses, and I appreciated the supportive, no-pressure approach with lots of options to go deeper or just move in a way that felt good for your body that day.

see all reviewsAnother great class by KA. I left feeling strong, loosened up, and absolutely dripping with sweat haha. KA gives clear verbal cues on where to engage, like activating the inner thighs to stop the knees from opening in low lunge twist, or squeezing the thighs together in garudasana. These are little details we often overlook when we’re rushing to get into the final posture. We ended with a flow that brought together everything we had learnt, and it was challenging but so satisfying.

The studio’s acoustics created a deeply immersive experience, allowing the sounds to resonate beautifully throughout the space—and even through the floor—making it easy to relax completely.

He paid attention to those that needed assistance & provided variations as well. It was overall a pleasant class & I will attend again!

The small class size allows for personalised guidance, and the instructor offers thoughtful modifications for every stage of pregnancy. I always leave feeling stronger, more mobile and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend for any mum-to-be looking for a supportive and welcoming prenatal practice.

see all reviewsReally loved this class. I came in during the middle of a busy day and left feeling genuinely rested and recharged. The space is beautiful and spacious, and I especially loved how thoughtfully and carefully the lighting was adjusted throughout the class — it really helped me drop deeply into shavasana and made the rest feel even more restorative. I wasn’t sure about just a 45-minute session, but it worked perfectly — long enough to feel properly rested and recharged, and still easy to get back into my day afterwards.
