I loved this class. It had such a great flow and it was great for all levels. Jodi was a great calming teacher and I loved her guidance of the class. I loved that it was a completely silent room once you go in. Great shower area and great location if you want a walk around green lake after. Overall peaceful but refreshing and awesome!

As someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!

    Power Vinyasa + Sound Bath

I’m not trying to hurt anybody’s career or hurt any studio so I would not ever leave less than five stars but I would say this class is not titled correctly. It is not a power Vinyasa class plus sound bath. It is a qi jong class with a few downward dogs, and the last five minutes there is very loud New Age music being played which unfortunately drowned out the one lovely crystal singing bowl. I am sure the teacher is a master at what she does, but I was expecting a yoga class. Also, it was very hard for me to get over her first comment in one of the first poses when she said “ if you are a lady with wider hips, you might step your feet further apart”. I would really encourage non-gendered language, as well as avoiding language where there is the judgment of what is “wider” (and wider than who?) — there are many more ways to convey information that are non-harming. awesome thing about the studio is that they sell tall grass, bakery scones!

Love Molly! She’s an amazing instructor!!!! But I’m not sure the purpose of the new assigned mats system. It penalizes Classpass users because we can’t choose mats when we sign up. Also, a mat that I wanted was taken, but the person never showed up, so the mat was just empty the whole time. This has happened more than once already

Very nice and relaxing class to take at the end of a long week. It was my first time and Katie was very accommodating and I appreciated that there were always modifications that katie shared with each new move. The mats are pretty close to eachother but luckily I didn’t bump anyone so that was good 😂 I would come again!

Excellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

Make sure to get there 10 mins early because you have to sign the waiver and the place gets quite busy (could have to wait in line). I really liked the instructor. She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. I had a good workout, the location is convenient, and will be back!
