see all reviewskatelyn was amazing! she did the entire workout or at least 85% of it with the class so as a first timer to the heated environment + refresher for mat pilates moves, this was perfect. super challenging workout as well but very rewarding that leaves you very sweaty and sore! :) definitely one of my favorite classes ive taken in general this summer!

This studios vibe was relaxing and felt welcoming. I’d give it a 10/10 for the instructors flow and direction, cleanliness, and for location.

see all reviewsVery nice and relaxing class to take at the end of a long week. It was my first time and Katie was very accommodating and I appreciated that there were always modifications that katie shared with each new move. The mats are pretty close to eachother but luckily I didn’t bump anyone so that was good 😂 I would come again!

see all reviewsJialing taught a slow flow class which reminded me of a traditional HATHA Yoga with a little bit of challenge added in some of the poses. I enjoyed that the class was not heated, and that it allowed me to sink into each posture rather than feeling rushed. I would attend again, and recommend to any student who needs the same qualities in a class. Great job 🫶🏽✨

She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. I had a good workout, the location is convenient, and will be back!

Yoga Fundamentals: 50-Minute Reset
see all reviewsThe instructor was doing an audition and I thought she did a great job! She was sure to remind us throughout the class to listen to our bodies and do what felt right, no pressure to follow her lead if it wasn’t feeling good in the moment. There were also lots of hip openers which I needed and enjoyed.

see all reviewsThe studio was easy to find with easy parking in the lot on a Sunday evening. The space was clean with plenty of props, and it was both comfortable and pleasant with calming blues. The class was led by Amanda, who is congenial and kind and gave clear cues and provided accessible options. The format of the session flowed organically, and it was easy to follow along with the guided meditation. There were times to reflect internally, including journaling, and with each other. There were four students in the class, and it felt really cozy and intimate. There was a beautiful opportunity to feel supported in community at the end of the session. Rest and Reflect definitely lived up to the name!
