She was so welcoming, cued very well and always provided modifications making it fun for people at any level. The room was a PERFECT temp for a heated class. It can be so distracting from your form if you’re only thinking about how hot it is. 12/10!!! 💖💖

see all reviewsGreat class! I like this studio because it has free parking and it’s much cleaner and newer than the other F45 locations. It does have street-level windows and sometimes people will just stare at you while you’re working out which is a bit awkward 😬 Maybe they can consider putting one-way privacy window tint on the glass!

see all reviewsI love the instructors teaching this class, but this new hybrid format on sundays is cramping my style. i wish they would go back to strictly weight lifting on sundays. The hybrid is not my jam and i love having a hard weight lifting day on sundays to round out the week. in fact all the classes should just become weights 😆

You have to organize yourself with others into a small group. I suggest finding someone of the same gender and height so that there is less adjusting of shared equipment like the racks. It’s a pretty good lift class once you get used to it

Instructor is hilarious without being too annoying (iykyk) and I am always WAY more sore from this short workout than other longer HIT classes that I’ve taken. I am still walking around like a waddling penguin and in pain every time I sneeze due to the core workout in between the station rotations.
