see all reviewsLove barre 3 and Kristin! We need a new routine though— have done this one several times. I am not sure if the routines have to be approved or if the instructors can go rogue but I support going rogue to mix it up. New routines, new music (more upbeat, pop, bops etc), a little more loose and spontaneous. Levity!!! I feel like the instructors are all using their same routines. I give this feedback out of love for you all! I love the studio and will keep coming

see all reviewsVery clean but it’s still too hot for me the residual of the hot yoga class is too much they need to crank the a/c for the strength class. I wasn’t sure if the instructor was working out in his boxer briefs though and he was shirtless I don’t know if I liked that. I am used to clothed instructors and normal temperature workout rooms. Facility was very clean you can shower post workout loved that and workout was intense but really good. Not sure if I would go back but it’s a suplemental option when I can’t attend my regular routine due to scheduling conflicts.

She also offered 1:1 guidance and corrections, which I really appreciated. I can definitely see how Iyengar yoga helps correct posture, especially for those of us who sit for long hours at work. Just a heads-up: based on my experience in the Level 1 class, it’s not so intense; it’s more about mastering each movement individually. If you're looking for a constant, high-energy flow, this might not be the right fit.
