Y6 Sculpt & Flow
see all reviewsFirst time taking Lauren’s class and she was fantastic. Her cues were super clear and easy to follow, which made everything flow seamlessly. She definitely pushed me in the best way possible. Challenging, motivating, and a great overall workout. I’ll absolutely be back for another class with her!

VMFA Community Yoga
see all reviewsI absolutely love yoga at the VMFA, but I wish this class could be an hour or two earlier in the summer, or only have these classes in spring and fall. It was too hot in even in early June and it seemed like people were struggling and slipping on their sweaty mats. Andrew is great and encourages the group to take breaks to get a sip of water but I think maybe a few more restorative poses might help balance out the challenges that heat and sun pose for this class.
