    Pilates Playground 2nd floor

The studio was serene and immaculate. I had a wonderful time in the playground class with Spencer. I have been taking Pilates mat and reformer on and off for >30 years but I have never seen the toys that were featured in this class. A kind of missile with handgrips which challenges your balance and core and TRX were among my favorites. The teacher was chill and magnetic and made helpful corrections in the class. Recommend!

    Barre

Class is challenging as you’re using muscle groups that you typically don’t if not a regular ballet practitioner, but Catherine is so lovely and encouraging and does so much to help you endure! A real workout, as well as lively & fun! 🩰✨

    Pole 101 Fundamentals

Tried pole dancing for the first time and I honestly loved it. I went in a little nervous, but the instructor made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to guide me whenever I needed help. I learned so much in just one class and left feeling more confident and excited to come back. Such a great experience overall 🤍

    Heated Power Yoga

I believe in divine intervention for this exact reason. I was at a different studio doing a different kind of workout and the teacher was 30 minutes late, so I left and looked for a place to go to yoga. What did I find but the 6:15 PM heated yoga class, it was gonna start in 15 minutes. I made my way over and I had none other than an amazing experience with Nicole as my instructor. Highly recommend this class Nicole was great and she offered great hands-on adjustments.
