I also loved that the AC was on and the room was cool and perfect for a workout. Last but not least the end was amazing. The 7 minutes of nervous system reset were perfect and exactly what I needed.

I'd say this isn't a beginner class (ashtanga inspired vinyasa) – it'd be hard without having had ashtanga experience in the past, and it's not an instructional class. Luisa was super sweet and competent, though I would've appreciated a quick check in about injuries (maybe the expectation is that you're experienced enough to know your own modifications??)

Despite it being a heatwave in the city, the space was cool and calm and Malcolm brought energy, warmth and fun to the sculpt class. Highly recommend for a welcoming atmosphere and a fun full body yoga sculpt workout.
