see all reviewsFirst time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

see all reviewsteacher mini is so quirky and fun to be with. finally found a basics/foundational class that actually teaches the theoretics. im starting to read books about yoga because the beginner classes ive went to just says beginner because the movement is easy but doesnt go deep in the foundational information that you need. we had some classroom like discussions in between which i like (maybe im just a nerd). love how mini explains to us the why and how of each poses and helps us be more sustainable in the practice for long term. she really emphasized that you need not just the physical aspect but also the mental prepared for yoga (and breathing). she also encourages us to have fun and chill out. this class was challenging but ill definitely go back.

see all reviewsFirst time trying this class and I enjoyed it. The coach was hands-on, patient, and took the time to teach me the movements properly. The gym is also spacious and clean. Just an advice, please don’t be too hard-selling. One of the coaches, although friendly, asked a lot of personal questions right away—where I live, where I work, what I do for work, etc. I already mentioned that I live near the area, but they still drilled down to specific barangay, which felt a bit too personal. It’s ok to get to know clients, but I think it’s better to keep the conversation focused on health, fitness, or training goals.
