I was surprised she remembered our names knowing that class was full. I like that the studio has a good city view instead of just walls and mirrors.

see all reviewsFirst time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

Lucky there were only 3 of us in the class today so he was able to demonstrate the proper form. As for the gym itself, if they can add 1 or 2 more big fans, I think it would be better for airflow.
