Elite Aerial Arts and Muscle Up Parkour Gym & Urban Training Ground
143 Maginhawa Street Sikatuna Village, Quezon CityYoga: Core & Flexibility
see all reviewsSuper fun class with Teacher Meggy. I've always wanted to really train my core and flexibility through yoga because that's one of my weakest areas, and she was very understanding and patient as she was guiding me through the steps. The flow is challenging but very rewarding, and perfect for beginners like me. Already scheduling my next class!

see all reviewsThis studio is almost 2hrs away from my home town but, I keep coming back not because I like aerial and pole dance, it’s because teach Abby is a great teacher and a great person. You’ll never feel insecure or left out. It’s a kind of studio that makes you feel at home, with free coffee, tripod, candies and sometimes grip😍

see all reviewsHad a great first experience! 😊 We were hoping to have a coach guide us since it was our first time, but there weren’t any available at the time. Totally understandable! The staff were still very welcoming and helpful. One coach even came over when I accidentally hit the emergency stop on the treadmill and had no idea what to do. 😂 Really appreciated how approachable and accommodating everyone was. Overall, we had a great time and felt comfortable! Definitely looking forward to coming back. 💪🏻💕

K-Fit Manila Fitness Gym
Malate 648 Remedios Street, 9th Floor Royal Plaza Twin Towers, ManilaZumba
see all reviewsI love the team, it’s a more “local” place, nothing fancy, (no Aircond), but I surprisingly got use to the electric fans, and the variety of the dance classes and great positive energy of the coach is what makes me come back 3 times already !

see all reviewsTried Slimmers World Bacoor through ClassPass. Overall, it was okay and had the usual commercial gym vibe and crowd. The equipment felt a bit outdated for my preference, but everything I needed was there and it still gets the job done. My bigger issue was the space — some areas felt pretty tight, especially when there were more people around. If you’re someone who gets claustrophobic, you might not enjoy the layout. I’ve been with Anytime Fitness for around 8–9 years, so I guess I’m a bit spoiled when it comes to gym setup and equipment. 😅 Compared to AF, I’d say the bigger franchise gyms like AF are a lot better overall, at least based on my preference. Still, it’s a decent place to get a workout in, especially if you’re using ClassPass.
