see all reviewsIt was my first yoga class with Sophie, and I really enjoyed the experience! The environment was super calm and relaxing, and her soothing voice made it even more peaceful. She’s a wonderful instructor who explains and demonstrates each movement clearly. I especially appreciated how she gave students individual attention, helped us improve our poses, and made adjustments to accommodate different needs and abilities!

Kim was an amazing instructor, super attentive and I’d absolutely love to be back for another intro class with her! Super welcoming, amazing playlist, and gave us a segment for recording ourselves which is cute since I went with friends! (make sure you respect others privacy ofc)

see all reviewsWow what a great class with Ferris, my first pole class and he was very instructional and fun. Playlist was upbeat and contemporary! Started with a yoga stretch to prepare and then went into basic pole positions before setting us up with combinations to try, and then more positions and open dance at the end. The studio was amazingly clean, we were provided wipes to prep our own poles and even phone stands if you wanted to record yourself. The Beehive is very cute inside like a French boutique, a few items to buy and two big studios for classes. Parking is right across the street and Ferris will lead you in an unforgettable new way of expression. Took this class the day before my birthday and it kicked off the weekend with big energy and I left with confidence about my body and what I could do! Beehive even held onto my mat for over a week since I forgot it there!! Small entrance to a big experience, totally loved it.

see all reviewsGreat first intro class to pole! Anisa was a wonderful instructor covering some of the basics. I kind of wished the class was a bit longer so that I could have had more time to practice all the combo that we went over. Definitely ignites some excitement to come again some day.
