see all reviewsI absolutely LOVE this studio. It’s clean, spacious and parking is validated and easy. The only thing I would recommend for the class with Christian is sometimes it felt a little too fast paced. I’m all for a tough workout but I noticed with absolutely 0 breaks we would take 5 second rests during a set. Even if he gave us a “5 second water break, alright let’s go” it would allow us to complete the entire workout. For example, let’s say we do lunges on one side. 5 second break, then the next. When we were catching our breath, it was during the other side. I also may be nitpicking but I enjoy other classes when we get even a 3 second break. TY Christian I will definitely be back!

Was very fun and easy to follow. I love that she just made it about having fun and moving around rather than getting things. Perfect. I really need the environment comfortable and fun
