The trainer Sharielle is deeply knowledgeable and provided expert, step-by-step guidance, which was invaluable for me as a complete beginner. The benefit of the small group setting was significant, allowing for extensive, personalized support that ensured I maintained correct form and understood each movement. The ability to make dancehall not only look so fluid, but naturally evolve and move through different steps is one I am looking forward to fostering through further classes. The space itself is expansive and allowed for everyone to move freely.
