see all reviewsthe facilities and the ambiance are really nice and calming. i also appreciate how they serve free tea and snacks to clients. coach arianne was really patient considering 2/3 of us in the class were first timers. she really took the time to explain which muscles are being activated and how each move would benefit the spine. i also came from [the hardest] a pilates session right before the class and this was a good post-workout stretch after pilates!

see all reviewsFirst time trying RF arm sculpting, and the experience was great! The entire procedure was painless and comfortable. Eunice was very attentive and made sure I knew what to expect throughout the session. She was also happy to answer my questions. No noticeable results yet, which is understandable after just one session, but I’m happy with the overall experience and service!

I requested to have my pre existing gel to be drilled off, but I guess the ate was not sanay with it, so we went with soak offs instead. Overall 10/10 service!
