see all reviewsGood class for low-mid intensity; first 30mins is your regular vinyasa class but nothing too heavy. The next 45mins are filled with stretches held for 1-2mins and you get to decide how much intensity you want for the night. Teach Ferdz’ instructions are always clear, and he leaves space for silence which I always appreciate.

Teacher Miki was so patient and understanding of our capabilities. The place has a cafe, good ambience, and the staff are so welcoming. Will surely be back!
