Alora Club Pilates + Cafe
Banawe Terraces, 835 Banawe St. corner Sta Catalina, Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon CityGroup Reformer Class (Beginner)
see all reviewsMy teacher (Ela) was super supportive, and I felt so validated every time I finished an exercise. She helps you and pushes you to do your best without making you feel pressured. As a plus-size girl, I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to do some of the exercises and that she might get upset with me if I couldn’t. But she pushes you in a way that makes you believe you can actually do it. And surprisingly, I aced most of the exercises! Thank you, Teach Ela!! Will definitely be back! 💗

see all reviewsIt was my first time trying Power Stretch at this studio and I really enjoyed it! Teacher Ty was very attentive and made sure to correct our body alignment throughout the class. He guided us really well through each stretch and made sure we were doing everything properly. I really appreciated how hands-on and encouraging he was. 🩷

see all reviewsFirst time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

see all reviewsHad such a great experience! I was feeling pretty rusty since it had been a while since I last danced on the pole, especially in 8-inch heels, but Teacher Khakut was so supportive. The classmates were also super welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I felt comfortable and had so much fun! Definitely coming back for more classes. Highly recommend! 🤍✨

see all reviewsTeacher Suzzy was really great! Despite having 7 in class, she took the time to assist all students, even if we’re on different levels. She also makes sure the positions and execution are correct, and doesn’t pressure you. I can tell she genuinely wants her students to improve! Think this is one of the best instructors I’ve came across. Thank you so much 💜
A boutique pole, aerial, & dance studio in Quezon City "Let's go to B.E.D."Adult Beginning Ballet
see all reviewsThis class gave us many drills to follow and will definitely help in my practice. I had an intro to ballet class already before this (with ballet terms & fundamentals) so I was able to follow but i can see that my classmates who were purely first timers had a difficult time. But i think it’s still great as a preview class or sneak peek experience at what you can expect if you start learning ballet.

see all reviewsWe had our own pace, which made the workout really enjoyable. The gym is spacious, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff are accommodating. The place has a peaceful atmosphere and a great ambience. The only downside is the parking—it’s quite limited and usually full. Luckily, a car left just in time, so I was able to get a parking spot. Overall, it was a great experience.

see all reviewsMy very first dance class, was like a private class because we were just 2 students haha! Despite of that, Coach Seth was energetic and informative and has a lot of patience in teaching the basic footwork (he made easy but it was really a bit tricky for me because it was my first dance class ever). I looove the studio, it was just plain panels of mirrors and white wall, but dangs the light really sets the mood (minimalist and classy)! See you on my next dance class!

see all reviewsTried Armony X Greenhills a couple of months ago because I was looking for a gym conveniently located near my daughter’s school and I’m so glad I found this place! 😊 The gym is definitely smaller compared to bigger gyms like Fitness First or Anytime Fitness, but honestly, what it lacks in space, it more than makes up for with the equipment. SO MANY machines available! I rarely have to wait for the equipment I want to use, which makes my workouts so much easier and more enjoyable. They also have so much more than just the usual gym setup. There’s an indoor court, boxing ring, and a dedicated space upstairs for Pilates (yes, they have reformer machines!) and yoga. It’s pretty impressive how much they’re able to fit into the space. 24-7 rin sila and they have a branch in BGC and Cainta. I’ve always been a little conscious and intimidated about going to the gym, but there’s just something about the atmosphere here that made me feel comfortable. I started going back again and again, and eventually, my husband loved it too and signed up na rin! 😂 Definitely one of those gyms that feels less intimidating and more welcoming. If you’re looking for a well-equipped gym around Greenhills, definitely worth checking out! 💪🏻✨

see all reviewsFirst time trying vinyasa but tried yoga before. I expected more challenging poses like the ones I saw. I’m not sure if Coach modified the class since most of the attendees were first-timers. Nonetheless, Coach was really nice and I loved the flow! 🧘♀️ We didn’t stop moving and every move was intentional. I definitely felt the burn despite the simple poses. It also tested my balance. Studio was huge to fit more than 10 people at once. They just maybe need a bit of cleaning 😅 Mat rentals are available for 50 pesos, just bring a towel to cover it as I’m not sure if they clean it.
