see all reviewsPaola’s class is an intermediate strength exercise class with great cues and clear instructions. I’ve always taken classical mat Pilates and didn’t recognize much of the original Joseph Pilates sequences (we didn’t do many of the classic 34, so no moves such as hundreds, rolling like a ball, saw, ab series etc.) and the instructions weren’t cued from the inside out. That said, if you aren’t looking for classical, or don’t mind a modern version, the class has lots of great barre-esque moves and is challenging without being inaccessible. Thanks for the class!

see all reviewsThis was my first time going back to strength training after a big injury and a lot of PT recovery, and Danny met me where I am then did just a little push farther in the right way. You walk in, get assigned a station that is yours for class, the instructor asks what you’d like to work on/what they need to know then builds you a well-rounded custom workout from there. Like everyone else said, great experience, will be back!

see all reviewsThe front desk staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which helps create a down-to-earth, unpretentious atmosphere. Having trained at both Lifetime and Equinox, I personally prefer Crunch because it feels more approachable while still providing everything needed for a great workout. The gym floor is bright, well-lit, and has a positive energy. The equipment selection is more than sufficient for a serious training session, and the locker rooms and bathrooms are functional, clean, and get the job done. Overall, it’s a solid gym with a comfortable culture and all the essentials needed to train effectively.
