I really enjoyed this class! The instructor had great energy, kept everyone motivated, and the class flew by. The workout was well paced and engaging from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to offer heavier weights. The heaviest dumbbells available were 20 pounds, which felt a bit limiting for lower body exercises. Other than that, it was a fantastic class, and I’d definitely take it again.

Ive been doing pilates for a while now but this was my first time taking a heated class. I was intimidated going in and immediately realized that this class is NO JOKE! The studio (beautiful btw) is close to 100° which was definitely overwhelming in the beginning, but by the end of class I felt really, really great. Just be prepared to sweat. A LOT . Eddie's sequence was a good mix of classical mat pilates moves with the standard props. Bonus points that he's funny and animated which definitely helps to keep morale up while laying in a puddle of your own sweat. I liked this class a lot more than I expected- I will definitely be back!

    TOTAL BODY SCULPT NY

Bekah is hands down one of the best instructors I’ve ever taken. I hadn’t been in one of her classes for four years because I was living in areas without a FORM50 studio nearby, and I honestly forgot how amazing she is. She is everything you could want in an instructor. She’s constantly walking the room, checking every single person’s FORM50 form, making corrections, encouraging everyone, and pushing you to be your best. She somehow gets the entire class moving together, and that completely changes the energy of the workout. I also forgot how tough her classes are—but they’re tough in the best way, and every minute is worth it. There’s a reason Monica, the founder of FORM50, chose Bekah to become the lead programmer responsible for designing the workouts. Beyond all of that, Bekah is genuinely kind and authentic. She’s always herself, treats everyone with respect, and never comes across as someone who’s putting on a fake persona. That’s something I truly appreciate. Another thing I love about Bekah is that she’s always willing to help. Whether you have a question about billing, need a modification because of an injury or medical condition, or just want extra guidance on a movement, she’ll take the time to make sure you’re taken care of. FORM50 has built an incredible team overall. Kenny, who’s become a dear friend, is one of the toughest instructors I’ve taken and has been instrumental in the company’s growth. As Head of Talent Acquisition, he’s done an amazing job finding and developing outstanding instructors. Quinn (“Queen Bee”) is another favorite, especially if you’re in Williamsburg. I also highly recommend Andrew’s class, Kelsey’s class (the Williamsburg Studio Manager), Erin, Mindy, Carlee in Miami, Selena in Brooklyn, and Jessica in Queens. Every one of them brings something special, and they’re not only phenomenal instructors but genuinely great people. And yes, Carlee and Jessica are absolutely gorgeous, but what really sets them apart—as with all of the FORM50 instructors—is their professionalism, energy, kindness, and ability to make every class unforgettable. If I had a FORM50 Mount Rushmore, it would be Bekah, Kenny, Quinn, and Carlee. Together, they represent everything that makes FORM50 one of the best workout studios I’ve ever experienced. After taking more than 222 FORM50 classes—and trying countless workout studios across the country—I can honestly say nothing comes close. I like to describe FORM50 as strength training on a customized reformer. It’s unlike any other studio I’ve experienced. I’ve also taken classes at other reformer-based studios, including Jetset and others. They’re not bad workouts, and with the right instructor they can be enjoyable. But in my experience, they don’t deliver the same level of consistency, coaching, or overall challenge that FORM50 does. Every class is thoughtfully designed to push you, improve your strength, and target muscles you didn’t even know you had. That’s what keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for a workout that will truly challenge you and make you stronger, FORM50 is in a league of its own. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Loved Elena’s workout and her music (didn’t feel Miley but I loved the Tate). We did a lot of creative and fun moves which made the class feel short and sweet.

This is my absolute favorite class!!! Jared is so amazing. It’s so hard to get myself to go to a morning workout but every time I go to his classes, they brighten up my day 😊. I also always leave energized and feel like I had a challenging workout.

I’ve been going for a few weeks consistently and I’m absolutely addict. All the instructors are fantastic and the place is always nice and clean. It’s the perfect size class not too many people but not a small crowd. Instructors are very hands-on and they’ll correct you to make sure that you do each movement with purpose and you don’t injure yourself they also check in on you, which is really great motivation to continue showing up for yourself.

Class is challenging as you’re using muscle groups that you typically don’t if not a regular ballet practitioner, but Catherine is so lovely and encouraging and does so much to help you endure! A real workout, as well as lively & fun! 🩰✨
