Sui Wild Pilates
see all reviewsI’ve been to Sui Yoga at least 4 times (including this class) and i always enjoy my time there. The ambience, the class structure, and the instructors are always nice. I like how the class starts out with some stretches, then it gets intense and it always ends with some breathing exercises and stretches as well. They change the lighting according to what part of the class we’re in so towards the end they always dim the lights or they completely shut off. You also get some red light as well. They always set the tone and energy for the room and class.

see all reviewsThis was definitely different form of reformers pilates and I enjoyed it. you are laying down on the reformer and then doing some jumping motions exercises using the jumping board at the foot bar area. I felt this also incorporated some ballet movements which was interesting. Will try again in the future.

see all reviewsI liked the class; it was challenging. I don’t do reformer as often but I felt like the cues were confusing and not intuitive - at the beginning of the class there was a pelvic hip exercise which once I understood it I got it but she did not cue it well at all and I was just laying there confused when I’m supposed to be getting my body warmed up. Also some of the counting was like 3 I did like 3-4 reps of the exercise, 2 another 3-4 reps then 1 so it just felt off sometimes.
