    Isshinryu Karate - Adults

Wow, what can I say. I sent in not sure what to expect, except what I knew from movies. And for someone who is flexible but not very strong, this was such a great first experience. The sensei truly took his time explaining the basics and watching the watching the community was pure magic. I recommend more people trying this class!

Tough class but in the most satisfying way. The time went quickly because we did a ton of different exercises. Instructor is motivating and encouraging.

Was visiting from out of town and needed to find a place to lift. Basic necessities. Space is tight in the weight room but does the job. Love that they have different types of treadmills here!!

Andrew (front desk staff) was very helpful and accommodating from beginning to end, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was set up smoothly. I also tried their Ballet Barre and Tai Chi classes—both were small, intimate sessions with a maximum of six students, allowing for more personalized attention and corrections when needed. The classes are suitable for all levels, but what stood out to me was how well they catered to seniors. Most of the participants were 60 and older, which made the environment feel welcoming and inclusive. I've already started recommending it to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back!" 🙏🏼
