see all reviewsLovely, relatively new, spacious, clean and nicely maintained studio. Really very nice orchestration of challenging, engaging largely accessible sculpt sequences (with a couple of peak poses beyond my practice or goals, fun to take a shot at, nonetheless). After class while organizing belongings prior to departure, was already virtually empty in between classes when upon gently asking a core crew member, they declined studio mat spray usage for personal mat—seemed a bit odd, especially as someone who works at a neighboring studio where this small courtesy would invariably be accommodated, though no biggie regardless.

Dont worry so much about the temperature and take breaks/drink water as needed :)

see all reviewsThis yoga class is everything I’ve been looking for to end my day on the best possible note. I’ve been practicing yoga for 5–6 years, and honestly, I’ve never found a class that strikes the perfect balance between being challenging and relaxing, especially at this time of night. What I love most is the structure of the class. Splitting the session between a more traditional yoga practice and a second half focused on relaxation and stretching is the perfect combination. It allows me to challenge myself physically while still leaving feeling calm, grounded, and ready to end the day peacefully. The coach music choice also so accurately for the class, with no commercial hits and heavy beats , I appreciate the sound bath melodies ! The studio itself is incredibly peaceful, clean, and welcoming. You can genuinely feel the sense of tranquility as soon as you walk in. One small suggestion would be for the instructor to rely less on checking their phone for the timer during class, as it can be a little distracting. Another HUGE plus, and honestly a game changer for me, is that mats and towels are provided! Since I spend my entire day moving around the city, not having to carry a yoga mat and towel everywhere is a big deal. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this class regularly, and I may explore some of the studio’s other offerings as well. However, this particular class is irreplaceable for me. I live in Upper Manhattan and am willing to travel all the way to Long Island City just for this experience, because it’s absolutely worth it!
