AntiGravity® FUNdamentals – Aerial Intro (Intro Level)

amazing class per usual! Monica’s energy is amazing and she is very kind and welcoming. Her instructions are clear and she is easy to follow. I’ve taken quite a few classes but I still step into fundamentals on Mondays just because it’s her lol

Amazing class! First time doing Aerial yoga and Mariela was fantastic, she makes everything look so easy. She is so helpful, ensure you are safe and is very encouraging! Looking forward to going back !! Beginner friendly but it is challenging and will take some getting use to.

    Handstands

Joshua was amazing! So knowledgeable, upbeat and positive. Corrected my hand placement and was able to engage the right muscles. I’ve been practicing inverting on my own for a long time and learned so much in just my first class!

    Silks/Hammock 101 - Newbie

This was my first time trying a class like this and I was so nervous and Brenna was AMAZING. The class size for intro was smaller (4) so it was really nice to get the 1-1 time while also having group members

*Aerial Mellow Flow: Restorative (Off Peak)

Great class! Calming, thoughtful postures; wonderfully focused hands-on adjustments. I loved the gunas theme throughout the class and focus on equilibrium and navigating stress and anxiety. Highly recommended.

    INTRO TO HOOP

Fun intro to hoop and good for beginners. Good warm up to prep, and clear instructions while on the hoop. Class was small so we all got a hoop to try. Hope that it’s always like that because it would be hard to share a hoop.

    Intro to Silks

Really enjoyed the warm up! Nice beginner class - good medley of climbs, basic foot wrap, and inversions. Small class, so everyone got their own silk which was nice!

    Gym Time

This is a nice gym to workout. Front desk is very nice and professional. But one thing I noticed is…and not sure if this is an american thing, or insecure, immature men thing. But some male members here are focused more on being seen or watching women. The gym is not hinge, tinder, or your instagram messaging center. It’s gym. These are men who spend excessive amount of time at the gym e.g. watching their phones, watching women. They do so little actual work, instead take up so much space —- they become dead space and are in the way. These type of men ruin healthy spaces.
