Strength, cardio, endurance, coordination… a bit of everything in one class 🔥 You can really tell the instructor knows what she’s doing too — not just anyhow teaching for the sake of making people sweat. Proper technique cues, safety reminders and clear options throughout the class. What I liked most is that this particular class builds fitness in a smart and sustainable way, instead of just chasing intensity. Left sweaty and accomplished haha

see all reviewsVanessa’s class at Peninsula was sooo good 🔥 Fun choreo, solid workout, great music and super good vibes throughout. She gives really clear cues and keeps the energy up the whole time without it feeling intimidating. Legit left the class sweaty and shiok 😂 Definitely one of the classes I’d come back for again and again.

Pas di tengah2 sesi haus juga bisa dibantu ambilin minum karena jangkauan tangan terbatas harness. Cuma td pas dateng bingung aja koq ga ada resepsionis. Sampe jam 7 teng baru nongol, rupanya ikutan kelas sebelumnya. Untuk kamar mandi ada 2, toilet juga 2. Bersih tapi ga ada air hangat, showernya kurang kencang. Kekurangannya, gak ada hair dryer juga. Tapi ada loker gratis. Oya, akses masuknya dari jalan raya jg cukup shocking karena kecil bgt, beneran cm muat 1 mobil.
