see all reviewsLoved the high intensity from beginning to end- first time I’ve experienced weights integrated into the yoga flow in a way that didn’t interrupt the flow at all and just amplified the workout seamlessly. The cold eucalyptus towels handed out at the end was a marvelous touch

see all reviewsAwesome heated studio. This place was nice and clean. The checkin person and Oscar the instructor were both warm and welcoming. It was my husband’s first yoga class in 5 years and he felt welcomed and it’s great for newbies and veteran yogis. I highly recommend this studio location.

see all reviewsIt was my first time at Powerflow Yoga. I absolutely love Simone's class! Her cueing is incredibly clear, making it easy to follow along even during complex transitions without constantly looking up at the front of the room. She does a wonderful job of offering modifications for all levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and safe. The class has a perfect balance of physical challenge and mindfulness. Highly recommend.

see all reviewsLovely, relatively new, spacious, clean and nicely maintained studio. Really very nice orchestration of challenging, engaging largely accessible sculpt sequences (with a couple of peak poses beyond my practice or goals, fun to take a shot at, nonetheless). After class while organizing belongings prior to departure, was already virtually empty in between classes when upon gently asking a core crew member, they declined studio mat spray usage for personal mat—seemed a bit odd, especially as someone who works at a neighboring studio where this small courtesy would invariably be accommodated, though no biggie regardless.

see all reviewsMolly is the best instructor I’ve had at corepower! She makes it easy to follow and her sequences are my favorite and ab focused. I feel like a lot of instructors scream or have weird movements that don’t flow well but I love how she structures her class specifically.

see all reviewsRachel is SOOOOOO good at this! I’m restarting my corepower membership off this one class alone. For a sculpt class, her transitions were better than some of the high priced yoga classes I’ve taken not on classpass. Music on point. Calories burned on point. Class temp on point. Rachel will definitely be seeing me again!

see all reviewsgreat class! i was initally a bit nervous about the temperature of the room after reading other reviews, but it’s very gradual once you’re in the class - the starting temperature is at 87. it does get to 106 degrees or so, but the burn feels great! Dont worry so much about the temperature and take breaks/drink water as needed :)
