see all reviewsHonestly did not expect this to be such a hard workout but I mean that in a good way! I sweat so much. I loved the push ups & ankle weights. I would politely suggest that someone dust the fan towards the back of the room - it is cakes with thick dust and that can’t be good to breathe in. Also the toilet seat was covered in period blood underneath :/ I felt too weird to say that to the instructor in person and it was not from me or I would have cleaned it up.

see all reviewsIt might’ve been the best class and the best instructor I’ve ever had. I feel like his teaching style was meant for me! His movements were so deliberate so intentional and so professional. I love that the music was just a cherry on top and not the main show to the conscious yoga movements.

I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend drinking electrolytes because you will sweat! Sarah will give you modifications if the moves are too hard or too easy for you. I would like to take more classes and see what powerhouse has to offer. Highly recommend Sarah as well.

see all reviewsThought class was incredible. Her hands on assist, cues, interaction with students all were great. Only thing that felt off was she spoke during Savasana, part of it was promo for some event which could be done at the end of class but she did a really beautiful dharma that I wish she did beginning or weaved into class. Really great experience though,

She is currently just subbing but it would be nice to see her teach here regularly. The only other instructor I really like is Vera, I wish she taught during the week as well!
