see all reviewsFantastic!! I loved the variety of movement and very relaxed setting. Felt like we were just hanging out but also got a great work out in. This is not the dark lights and loud music kind of pilates. The owner was teaching a private class just a few machines over which was not distracting at all (truly barely noticed) but just something to note when you’re booking a private class that the instruction is private and catered towards you but the space might be shared. I will absolutely be booking again!

There’s tvs that prompt what the next exercise is so you’re never lost in a class. Seriously so friendly and awesome!

I would love a heavy glute/posterior chain focus every so often but that’s just a personal preference for my goals. Always a great mix of exercises so I’m never bored!
