She’s super engaging, easy to follow, and really focuses on each individual person to correct your form and make sure you’re truly working the muscle group we’re targeting. She demos the moves repeatedly on both ends of the room, so you can easily watch and follow along while staying focused on your form. If there’s a new move, she starts class by showing you exactly how to do it and explaining which muscle you should feel it in, which is so helpful as a beginner. Another thing I really appreciate is that her mic isn’t too loud, so you can actually hear what she’s saying without any muffling or distortion. I always leave her classes feeling so energized and confident! I just wish she taught more classes, but I’m especially grateful that she teaches in the mornings for us early birds. YGG! 💪✨

If you’re looking for a very intense, shaking, hard class GO HERE! I get such a good burn! All of their instructors are pretty consistent with high intensity. 🤪 Plus, the place is super cute!!
