Felt every move burn. To move that fast paced yet easy to follow is impressive. + Perfect amount of time spent on yoga/stretches in the beginning and the end. Studio was clean, front was friendly. Hana made me feel welcome immediately and took my current body status (postpartum c section recovery) into account while curating the class and giving excellent (with consent) hands on adjustments. I've been searching for non heated yin to replace the beloved Astro gong yoga studio. I will definitely be back for this one. More Yin! More non heated classes please!

Great amenities and the instructor Mich L was wonderful and provided fantastic modifications and advanced options for poses. We were offered free tea during check in as well which was so nice. Hope to return soon.
