    Vinyasa Flow - All Levels

Kimberlee’s classes are always the perfect mix of fun, play, discipline, and challenge. I absolutely adore her teaching style - she encourages us to push our limits yet not create unnecessary “suffering”. Her classes feel philosophical and energizing. If there was a YTT with her, id take it. Thank you cfy!!!! I brought my spouse who does not like yoga and they loved the class too!

Amazing yoga flow - very balanced focused which LIVED and don’t usually get to work on. Mats can be rented for 3$ and on a Sunday I was finally able to find street parking. Great amenities and the instructor Mich L was wonderful and provided fantastic modifications and advanced options for poses. We were offered free tea during check in as well which was so nice. Hope to return soon.

while the instructor was a tad bit late to open the studio for this class, it was clear she is hoping to foster community with her studio. she led a very peaceful class. the space is lovely but only holds about 6 comfortably, so it is very intimate. the lighting can be a little abrasive while on your back, but the teacher did dim the lights on occasion throughout the class, as well as adjust the temperature. I appreciated the hands on moments. I didn't love the playlist but hey not everyone is gonna vibe with everything. Also parking can be a little tough so definitely give yourself some time to sort that out.
