see all reviewsGreat class. Very sweaty! very spicy! I almost brought a friend to his class who was a beginner and I'm kind of glad I did not. This class was not for the faint of heart. The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed the class. The energy was great, and the pace was just right, which made it easy to stay focused and keep up. Alexis instructions were clear and detailed, so I always knew how to perform each exercise with proper form. A really thoughtful touch was the cold towel at the end of class. It was the perfect way to finish an excellent workout. I’ll definitely be taking another class with Alexis!
