see all reviewsI really loved Kayla’s class! The sequencing was thoughtful and kept the whole class flowing and she offered modifications whenever needed. The music was awesome and really added to the energy. I especially loved all the unilateral work it made for a complete full-body workout and I know I’ll be feeling it in the best way tomorrow. Definitely recommend taking a class with Kayla!!
