The shoulder and back massage was incredible — he worked into all the right places and seemed to intuitively know exactly where I was holding tension. I felt completely at ease and in very good hands the whole time. He has a lovely, peaceful presence and is genuinely polite, professional and down-to-earth. You can tell he really cares about what he does and has a great understanding of the body.
