Because I LOVE it! it’s a special time deep relaxation that rejuvenates me like nothing else 🐬 I think that the power of deep relaxation is greatly underestimated… People often leave this for the night time. But conscious relaxation amidst such wonderful sounds of singing bowls and the splashing of water is on a whole other level🎶💦 and drifting on the mattress feels like some cosmic journey..
