Zen Hot
see all reviewsI wouldn’t call this class slow. I have gone 4 times and it has moved at a nice fairly quick pace every time but doesn’t have the chaturangas a normal flow has . I would however call it HOT! Almost too hot for me on a humid day but I look forward to doing this class more once it’s cold in the winter.

However I really can't believe they still charge $4 to rent a mat... and don’t offer towels. Pretty insane costs on top of a membership. Just something to consider! I don't know of any other studios that charge for towels.
