see all reviewsThe heat is always too dizzyingly high at Vera despite the workouts being great. I would come every day if there was the possibility to book a non heated class. It’s also always so dark where the weights are stored so I’ve gotten two different weights at time which is annoying. The instructors are always amazing though never had a bad one.

see all reviewsFun intro to aerial yoga! Megan is a very enthusiastic, experienced teacher with clear instructions. I would go into it expecting to learn something new and try yoga poses with the silks, but not necessarily expecting a workout class since there’s more instruction to get used to the form. Would recommend!

She also made sure to check in on everyone and made me feel really motivated throughout the class.
