It was truly perfect for all levels. And Samantha’s teaching style was so easy to follow. You could do the whole class with your eyes closed because she so clearly cued everything. Would definitely go again!

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body.
