My core was on fire the entire time, the upper body work was challenging in the best way, and I really felt it through my glutes, inner thighs, and quads. Such a well-rounded workout with a really good flow. The playlist was amazing, and Fatemah was such a great instructor — great energy and kept me engaged the entire class. Definitely will be taking her class again!

I notice how mobility helps with all the other things I do. Lisa is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher that can read a room like no one else so the class flows really well and you have all sorts of modifications you can do so it easy to feel like you are fitting in and getting something out of it. Highly recommend.

This class would be a little too easy for advanced students, but it may be worth trying regardless and upping the weights you use. Overall, great class and wonderful instructor!

She offered modifications as well as more challenging options, making it a great workout for everyone. I would definitely take her class again!

see all reviewsProbably the best pilates class I’ve ever taken. Non-stop movement for the whole class but somehow it’s still “doable” even for someone 50+ with creaky knees. You will work pretty much every major muscle group and leave feeling both accomplished and energized. Oh and she doesn’t have any of those stinky plug-in air fresheners that drove me away from Reforming Pilates (so that is a major plus!)
