The studio is brand new and beautiful. I was told there is a shower available but did not use it, but I can see this being handy especially after having a class in the hot room. Overall a great first experience.

see all reviewsI love O2 and all the instructors. It’s a fantastic workout and everyone in the gym is super welcoming, so I hate to complain. But it’s very distracting when some regulars spend a lot of the class chatting loudly instead of working out - especially distracting when that happens during the cool down, like it did in the last class I joined.

see all reviewsCan’t rave enough about Rowena! Her cues are clear, she creates space to land in poses, her pacing allows for flow. I always leave with more knowledge - whether it’s a new pose, what to engage in my body to unlock more alignment or deeper holds, how to access / stretch different muscles. I also very much appreciate the tone she sets at the start and how she ends with a different yoga sutra to reflect on each class. Big fan!

see all reviewsAs a first-timer, I walked in thinking I was reasonably fit. Forty years of bachelorhood had apparently taught me nothing about the true meaning of suffering. I underestimated this fitness abuse by approximately 400%. Somewhere between the shaking muscles and questioning my life choices, I realized Pilates isn’t exercise, it’s a highly organized hostage situation with excellent posture. The front desk gal was absolutely phenomenal, and the instructor was enthusiastic, encouraging, and seemingly unaware that i was fighting for my life. Five stars for the hospitality, the instruction, and the humbling experience.

So thrilled that Wendy is still here and offering her amazing classes and guidance. I have learned the most from her than any other teacher, from achieving a proper chatarunga 15 years ago to sirsasana. I learn something new each time. This time she taught such a creative flow of side bending and twists that got me to really feel my spine strength. Just fantastic. And the assists are also so phenomenal.
